I think Istanbul has big potential as a congress destination. It is a beautiful city and also Türkiye is growing a lot in academic fields. I believe that it can be an interesting venue for different type of congress. Especially in the field that I know which is related with sustainable cities. Heritage conservation, art history, art and architecture history… I think it has great potential and it also you can collect scholars from the west culture and east culture. I hope it is still will grow.
